Empower Your Staff With Open Internet Access

The Open Web has arrived.

It is no longer practical to ban websites and prohibit social media activity in the workplace.

If you do not trust your staff to get their job done with open access, do you really want them on your staff?

Imagine someone who is really good at their job, and is knowledge hungry who cannot visit the websites that help them learn their craft.

In this fast-paced world, those workers that have a knack for "Just In Time Learning" will rise above the rest.

Shouldn't we be trying to give people all the tools that we can to get their jobs done instead of removing free ones?
